This beach themed house is a perfect location for your beach vacation! A short walk (400 steps) to the beach and one (1) block to NSB's historic Flagler Avenue with popular restaurants and boutique shops. This home has been completely remodeled, thoughtfully designed, wonderfully planned, and centrally located close to everything New Smyrna Beach has to offer!
Spend your days relaxing in your large, private backyard which has a covered lanai with plenty of comfortable seating, dining area, and tiki bar with outdoor refrigerator. There is an outdoor hot/cold shower for washing off under the sun or stars. The natural gas grill is perfect for a cookout any time of day. Bikes, beach chairs, beach cart, and other beach gear are all waiting for you in the storage shed out back.
Inside, the private Primary Suite has a king bed, full size dresser, a private en suite bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower. There is also a second suite, The Boat Suite, with a queen bed and its own full en suite bathroom with walk in shower. The Surf / Family Bedroom has a king bed and twin bunk beds with a full bathroom with shower/tub just across the hall. All are stocked to get you started: 100% vegan and cruelty free bath & body products, seventh generation dish & laundry products.
The updated kitchen has everything you need to cook all your meals plus a separate coffee station with an espresso machine, K-cup machine, drip coffee maker - all with an initial supply of coffee/espresso pods and a selection of Rishi teas for you to enjoy! Essential amenities include: a full size washer/dryer, Roku smart TVs in every bedroom and living room, charging blocks where you need 'em, 27" 4K USB-C/HDMI computer monitor (cables provided), and high speed fiber internet throughout. There are also nice touches like the two Dyson vacuums and the extra table leaf + chairs. There is an EV charger (220v and 50a) if you bring your electric vehicle.
The back yard is completely fenced and has plenty of space for activities. Playgrounds, parks, and, of course, the beach are just a few minutes walk away. Bike or walk to the beach, Flagler Avenue, and Canal Street and explore the rest of New Smyrna Beach. There is so much to see and do!
